For more than thirty years, I didn't know God this way. Growing up in Jamaica, I believed that one mistake would make God turn away from me. Everything changed during a layover in Zurich when I read a book a coworker gave me. That's when I discovered God's love for me, and I couldn't put the book down until I was on my knees. I confessed my sins, repented, and accepted Jesus as my Savior and Lord. That was the start of my journey with God, and my life has never been the same.
Soon after, God led me to relocate my family from Jamaica to Tulsa, Oklahoma. My husband and I trusted His guidance and made the move together. After 34 years as a flight attendant, I felt God calling me to retire. Just two months later, an unexpected event changed everything I had expected my next chapter to be.
I've learned that forgiveness and faith are not one-time choices but ongoing decisions, especially when life feels uncertain. Today, I am an ordained minister, missionary evangelist, author of two books, and a speaker. My story shows what God can do when you trust and obey Him, even when you don't know what's ahead.
